Shipping & Return Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience simple and straightforward. Our shipping and returns policy has been designed to ensure your order gets to you as efficiently as possible.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided so you are kept up-to-date with the progress of your order. Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation within 24-48 hours*. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation to let you know your package is on it’s way (please note: all pre-sale orders will be dispatched from the 22nd of August).

*Purchases make on weekends or Australian Public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns

We happily offer returns and exchanges on faulty or damaged goods. Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged. For returns eligible for a refund or an exchange, get in touch, and we’ll make things right within 48 hours. Please note, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind.

Your illani STUDIO or MOVE not identical to the image on our website? illani boards are made from top quality materials including high grade pine, so the timber finish of every illani product will vary, making your board as unique as the work you create on it.

Warranty

illani products come with a 12 month warranty. If you have an issue with your illani or would like to make a warranty claim, contact us, to get the ball rolling. We will need your tracking number, contact information, and a clear photo of the affected product.
